YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy notice

Project Pause helps you save where you stopped on unfinished projects. This notice explains what we collect, why we use it and the choices you have.

Who to contact

Project Pause is operated by Daffodil Den. For questions about your information or to make a privacy request, email thedaffodilden@gmail.com.

What we collect

We collect your email address to create your account and send your secure sign-in code. If you join the paid launch offer, we also record the email you provide so we can match your payment. We store the project information you choose to save, including notes, due dates, photos, files, links, voice notes and transcripts.

How we use it

We use this information to provide Project Pause, keep your projects private to your account, save your project history and create a transcript when you ask us to transcribe a voice note.

Services we use

Project Pause uses secure service providers for sign-in, hosting, file storage, payment processing and speech transcription. Payment providers process your card or bank details directly; Project Pause does not store those payment details.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and project information until you ask us to delete it. We may need to keep limited payment or other records for legal obligations. We will explain if we cannot delete a particular record.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, request deletion, or object to a particular use. Email thedaffodilden@gmail.com from the address you use for Project Pause, or tell us that address in your message. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before sharing or deleting information. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how we handle your information.

Keeping information safe

We use account controls and secure connections to protect your information. Please do not upload information about another person unless you have permission to do so.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when Project Pause changes. The current version will always be available on this page.
